Our founding partner has many years of experience in extraordinary financing operations, in particular in mergers and acquisitions, contributing to the growth of major industry leaders and assisting private equity firms in their acquisition and divestment operations.
He successfully completed a number of financial restructuring operations, including insolvency proceedings to manage corporate crises.
Over the course of his 30-year career, he has established an important network of relationships with major decision-makers in key sectors of the economy.
He holds important positions as member of boards of directors in major companies, including listed companies, investment funds. He also acts as statutory auditor and independent auditor.

SANDRO MIOTTO
He began his career at Ernst & Young’s tax office. He joined Boffa e Associati in 2006, and was made partner in 2009.
He has developed specific experience in tax consultancy, in particular for extraordinary corporate transactions. He has developed specific expertise in the valuation of corporate economic capital, including intangible assets, corporate restructuring operations, and to manage the generational transfer.
He assists joint-stock companies, including those belonging to international groups.
He holds positions of statutory auditor and is a member of OdV pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

FRANCESCO PADOVESE
Partner in Boffa and Associates since 2016.
From 1999 to 2006, he worked in the tax divisions of Andersen Legal and Ernst & Young in domestic and international tax consultancy.
He has developed specific expertise in the definition and implementation of restructuring operations, including in bankruptcy law procedures to manage corporate crises and in corporate and corporate valuations.
He assists joint-stock companies, including those belonging to international groups.
He holds the position of statutory auditor.
